2012 Chardonnay Our Chardonnay is grown in the Russian River Valley in Sonoma, California. It is aged for 14 months in neutral oak, giving it is crisp flavor similar to our previous unoaked Chardonnays, but provides a pleasant creamy, buttery finish. It is loaded with rich concentrated flavors of apple, pear, apricot and hints of citrus that leaves a crisp, clean palate. This leaves a very rounded finish for you to enjoy the best Chardonnay produced to date at Skydancer
Our Merlot is grown in the Alexander and Russian River Valleys in Sonoma, California. It is aged in 40% new French and American oak barrels for 20 months. It is smooth and velvety with tantalizing flavors of ripe cherries, blackberries, and a touch of spice. This full bodied wine finishes on a nice, smooth note.
Our Syrah is grown in the North Coast and Russian River Valley in Sonoma, California. It is aged in 40% new French oak and American oak barrels for 8 months. It is light, yet rich and elegant with enticing flavors of wine ripened plum, tart wild cherry and raspberry with a light spice finish. This delicious wine is a proven crowd pleaser.
